About Solid Rock Restoration Church

Solid Rock Restoration Church

A place of prayer, intercession, deep worship and Holy Spirit inspired music where Communion is taken in reverence and Christ is lifted up. Jesus said,"The hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him." John 4:23
Based on the book of Acts as the church model (Matt. 16:18). It is a church of restoration for the hurting and broken and redemption for the lost, where believers can find a refuge in a time of need, where love and compassion are coupled with a no nonsense approach to teaching God's Word. Believers are encouraged to be part of the propagation of the gospel, have a passion for the great commission and know their calling within the body of Christ (Acts 2:47).
A training center, where believers are taught, mentored and motivated to find God's personal ministry for their lives (Acts 5:42). Each believer has a place in the body of Christ, where his and her talents and abilities can be utilized and developed for the kingdom and God's glory. You will be encouraged to learn, grow and use what God has given you. It is a home for leadership development, for those who will catch the fire with a vision to forge new ministries, where Christ is proclaimed to a dying world new churches, new outreaches and new beginnings.
An extension of the ministry of Angels for Christ. Don and Carol Ann Waisanen have been ministering to the needs of disadvantaged and forgotten children for fifteen years. (Matt. 25:35-36). Thousands of lives have been changed through large outreaches, special events and personal ministry. The heart of this ministry is benevolence, to show Christ's love and compassion by meeting temporal needs, and through His love, reach people with the gospel message.
An environment where all worshippers are welcomed and appreciated. People who are involved in the commercial marketplace can find teaching and fellowship from people who understand living and sharing Christ in a secular society. Because of having owned and operated several businesses, the Waisanens understand God's principles for success in business and personal life, and bring a different perspective to the ministry (Acts 18:3).
A ministry where you are important and valued. Personal relationships, mentoring and prayer support are an integral part of the ministry, and the emphasis is to develop an intimate relationship with Christ and the person of the Holy Spirit (John 14:26).
